With over 12 years experience in the industry you can relax and be confident that we will have every aspect of your event covered. From florals, mood boards, sourcing suppliers, tracking budgets, confirming vendors, setup/ pack-down, creating a full run sheet of the day, coordinating vendors and organising guests we have it all covered!
Panorama Events services from Brisbane-Byron Bay and have an extensive list of suggested suppliers who we just adore working with, we are also just as excited to work with new suppliers if they are more your style. If you have all the ideas but no time, or all the time but no ideas then we have a package to suit you! Cannot wait to bring your vision to life.

Hi there, I’m Zoe! Creative Director of Panorama Events.
I'm a mumma of two beautiful boys and I'm very grateful to be able to spend my time creating memorable days for all of our couples.
I've wanted to be a Wedding Planner ever since I can remember, so I spent a large portion of my life at Uni getting a degree to help me get into the industry. Now that I'm here there is nowhere else I would rather be! I've made so many lifelong friends throughout the last 12 years, both couples and suppliers, and I can't wait to make many more.
I pride myself on being professional, organised, detail orientated and a problem solver, and with now 300+ events under my belt it's quite clear that weddings and events are my calling.
